Baking.

Last night I was in the mood to bake. I baked Cream Cheese Brownies and Chocolate-Espresso Biscotti. The brownies turned out wonderfully, but the biscotti being my first time attempting this little treat look more like sliced cookies than biscotti. They still taste just as good, nice coffee taste, but just do not look right. I’ll have to sit down and figure out what I missed. I love to back sweets, but hardly ever really eat them myself unless I’m in the mood. I really could become a baker if I had the experience. There is something about getting in the kitchen and making a pie, cake, or some fun new treat that just makes me happy. I would much rather see other people enjoy what I bake than myself. Hopefully most will be gone this weekend by everyone up at Pickwick.
