I’m a little behind on writing about Zoey’s 7 months, but it’s been crazy busy lately.
This sweet little girl is amazing! She continues to grow so well. Not too much has changed since 6 months. She is eating more foods, she LOVES apples. We have learned if we need her to eat quickly feed her anything with apples in it. I have been experimenting making her food. She’s not a big fan yet on texture stuff so I’m working on that. She loved the homemade blueberries I made mixed with some yogurt. I might have take a few bites myself. :) I’m trying to get better at giving her table food, but most of the food we eat she can’t have yet. Boo.
Still no teeth yet. We keep thinking any day she will wake up with one, but nada. She chews on everything and continues to drool. We have had some days where she is really fussy. I need to look into seeing if they still make teething biscuits for her to chew on. She is a pro at sitting up and LOVES to stand; we have issues at times with her trying to stand when we help her sit back up. Silly girl. She still has no interest in crawling. Brian is determined to get to crawl now; he’s a tad jealous of our friends’ kids Zoey’s age who are crawling. She is getting better at drinking from her sippy cup. She uses it most of the time to rub on her gums, but when she wants a drink, she will drink from it. She is doing great at feeding herself puffs.
I feel like I’m forgetting things, (I must update her baby book this week!!) but hopefully not. I’ll leave you with an assortment of photos.
