Climbing on soapbox:
Why do people feel the need to try to get sympathy from you for the fact the “don’t have time to do things”? I work an 8 hour day, drive 45 minutes both ways, have a social life that seems like I have something every weekend going on, have a husband who works 8+ hours a day, drives all day for his job, and everything else that comes up in a day and yet I still manage to cook a home cooked meal every night, clean house, keep the house picked up, do yard work, work on my house, spend time with my husband, and still have time to do my hobbies all without complaining or wishing someone else would do it for me. I get tired of hearing people who work till say 4 or even 5 and complain about not having time to do anything or complain about having to do things that need to be done. It’s called life people, grow up and accept it. When you are an adult you have to take responsibility and do things you might not always enjoy doing. People who complain about having to do any of this are just LAZY. I don’t understand it. I go home, do all this and still have time to relax in the evening and get to bed by 10. It’s not that hard! It’s so hard for me to listen to these people complain and talk about how they “don’t have time” and not get annoyed with them. What are these people going to do when they have kids? I don’t have kids, but I do know that my life will change dramatically. I will not get to enjoy a full night sleep, my hobbies will be put on hold for a time being, managing my time will be a little harder, but guess what it’s part of life!

Sorry for the rant, but it just seems like I heard this more and more lately.

Amen! I say it every now and then not realizing what I have said. But really when I feel that way I totally know it is my fault for not making time to get it done. So I hope I wasn't someone you are ranting about... Have a great day :)
What really gets me is when it's something they WANT to do they will gladly make time for it. Nah, it's a co-worker who loves to complain about everything and then those you just hear everyday in passing that say it.
