What am I chopped liver?

My oldest niece Emma has never failed to entertain us with some crazy action or story. Here is her latest one.

Emma found out that she would be seeing Brian in a couple of weeks. (She had been talking about him and DeAnne told her that she would get to see him soon.) She got all excited and immediately started planning what her and him would do.

Emma: “Really?” Good, we can play Barbies.” Pause. “Is Aunt LeLe coming too?”
DeAnne: Laughing. “Yes.”
Emma: “Good. She can play with Lauren.”

Emma proceeds to plan the day and how she would find some toys for me and Lauren to play with while she and Brian are off playing with Barbies. Before Brian, I was the one who she couldn’t wait to see. I have officially been demoted. She no longer cares if I come home, just as long as Brian comes home. Sigh. That’s ok, Lauren and I will have tons of fun playing with whatever Emma decides for us and we might even do something else.
