Is it nap time?

Today was our office Thanksgiving. After eating more than I should, it is nap time. Unfortunately, I cannot curl up under my desk and sleep.

I am looking forward to a short break from work. I plan on making the most of it. The week will consist of reading, knitting, shopping, baking, spending time with my family, and sleeping. I am hoping I can convince my mom to put up her tree this weekend as well. Since it has been a tradition to put it up the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

This year I am really in the holiday spirit. I have already started making my Christmas card list, order my cards, and have a few addressed. This past weekend I cleaned my house so that when I get back from Thanksgiving I will be already to put my tree up. I'm actually thinking about putting it up tonight if I have help moving Sunni's chair into the guest room. I have been playing Christmas music while I clean which brightens my mood. As soon as I have my tree decorated I will post pictures along with other Christmas decorations.
