Ah, love.

Meet my new love….

Brian and I have got to stop going to stores on Wednesday night before church.  Last night after picking up on dinner (smoothies), I needed to run to Wally World to pick up some sewing machine oil.  Well, we stumbled across the vacuum cleaner isle.  Low n’ behold, there was my dream vacuum, a Dyson, on sale!  After thinking about it for a few minutes we took the plunge and got it.  Yes, I was very happy and excited about my new toy and couldn’t wait to get home to try it out.  All I have to say, wow.  I knew my floors were dirty, but not THAT dirty.  I had to empty out the canister before even finishing the living room.  I’m hoping it is due to the fact the old vacuum did not suck well anymore (which it was on it’s last legs).  If anyone has a pet in the house and multiple types of floors, a Dyson is the vacuum for you.  I’m the type of girl who likes to feel the sucking power of the vacuum and this little gem did the trick!

Ohhhh! I am so jealous- I envy you. I want one! Three inside dogs a 7 month old and a Husband. It's not a want thing...it's a need thing! Keep me posted about how much you love it. I must live vicariously through you and your Dyson.

Rachel, if you ever get a chance, this is a must! It's amazing how clean the carpets feel now! They have that crisp steam clean feeling. I will admit I haven't tried it on the hardwoods yet just because I keep going over the carpet so much. :)

Vaccuumming is (and has always been) my favorite chore! A Dyson was one of my first purchases as a new homeowner back in 2004. I didn't own a vaccuum at all when we bought our house, and I was in love with the thing, so I splurged. The Dyson makes it so easy. I am happy to say that after 6 years, ours is still going strong, and I am still amazed at the amount of dirt and dust that I suck up out of the carpets every week.

Nice! I don't even want to know what my vac is not sucking up off the floor. I may need to borrow it for a test run...
