1 Year

Warning: The following will be somewhat of a sweet post. I normally do not “gush” on here but I thought I could make an exception for our 1st anniversary.

That’s right, today is our 1st Anniversary! Several people always tell you that the first year is the hardest. Brian and I have talked many times about this. Neither one of us feel that “this” year was hard at all. At times it felt like we have been married for year and at other times just a few months. I hope everyone has/had the same “easy” first year we did. I am very blessed to have married my best friend; someone who keeps me laughing, spoils me, motivates me, listens to me vent, loves me unconditionally, enjoys sitting on the patio with a cocktail on spring/fall afternoons, puts up with my crazy self, etc.

Sure there are times when we both get frustrated at each other but hey, that’s part of any relationships. The strong ones work through them and grow from each "”tiff” you might have. I am thankful we both hold the same values when it comes to our marriage and relationship. We both work toward the same goals for our life together. At times you are the level headed one, others I am.

It’s been a year and I have yet to order wedding pictures! I know, I know. It’s just so hard to get us both to set down and look through over 400 pictures. I really hope I can get some by the summer. While thinking about this, I realized I don’t think I ever shared any of the wedding pictures here. So, enjoy a few of my favorite ones.
