Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Last night I finally made up a batch of cookies. I have been wanting to make something sweet for a few weeks now and it just seems like I'm either too tired to mess with it at night or too busy on the weekends. Brian loves my peanut butter cookies (by far the simplest cookies you will ever make), but I wanted something chocolately. So, I altered my recipe alittle.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together. Roll cookies into balls (how ever big you want the cookies to be). Place on cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Back for about 10-12 minutes. Cool a minute or so on pan, then transfer to cooling rack.

These cookies are great just as peanut butter cookies, but if you want a chocolate fix, add the chips.
