Valentine’s weekend was great! We started out the weekend by managing to get tickets to see Girl Talk at the Lyric on Friday night. I’m so glad Brian was managed to get 3 tickets for Lisa, he, and me. It was an INCREDIBLE show!
Saturday Brian and I were doing our new tradition for Valentine’s. Last year he surprised me with a trip to the Shack Up Inn and Madidi. This year we had dinner at Rust. It was good, but I don’t like set menus for “special” occasions. I would love to see what they have on their regular menu. I love staying at the Shack Up because you have nothing to do but enjoy the scenery and friends. One of these days we are going to get a group of people up and go out there. I’m sad that I didn’t take more pictures this time of our trip. Since this was his gift to him from me, he got me a day at the spa! I cannot wait till Saturday when I can spend all day getting pampered. I am in need of a good massage!
Today is “officially” 60 days till the wedding! Wednesday will be the 2-month mark according to the actual day. I can’t wait! I have all the invitations address and ready to go. I need to finish up a few detail items, but other than that I’m ready to get this started.
