It really amazes me what people will sue over these days. Today on CNN.com, there was an article about a woman suing Apple over the iPhone. Why you ask? Because she was one of the people who had to have an iPhone the day they came out. First of all, if you know anything about technology, you know the product will improve, bugs will be worked out, and the price will drop if you just hold out for a little bit.
Sure I have played with one and love it and want one. Yet, you do not see me even now that the prices have dropped running out to get one. I realize the technology of the phone is still improving and still has some bugs. If in a year or so, I still like it and want one, I might consider it.

I've never understood the fascination with overpriced Apple products anyway... personally I thought it was funny when Apple dropped the price so much and so fast on the iPhone. Have to get a good laugh at the early adopters.
Now the phone is only mildly overpriced, as opposed to ridiculously overpriced like it was initially.
I don't want an iPhone (because it is a phone.) But an iTouch is on my Christmas list already.
