After what felt like a short weekend, I'm back at work. Like last week, I only have a 4 day work week. Allie's wedding is this weekend so I'm taking off Friday for all the festivities. I'm excited about the weekend, but I know I won't get a weekend either due to the wedding. Saturday I went to Tupelo to find some shoes for my dress and to help Allie put together the hotel gift bags. It was a good afternoon.
I am trying to get everything done this week which I need to do before the weekend. My house needs cleaning desperately and I have to make sure I have everything packed and ready to go for the weekend. I'm hoping after next weekend, my weekends will slow down. As long as I do not have to work next week, I'll get to see my nieces. I has been almost 2 months since I have seen them and I miss them dearly.
I am now halfway through the Harry Potter books. It will be sad to see the series come to an end, but like the Anne of Green Gables series, this is one I will read several times over. Speaking of which, it's been a few years since I have read the Anne series. Maybe I will pick those up after Harry Potter.
