This was my first time to carve a pumpkin in years. I think the last time I did this was when I was 9 or 10 years old. I didn't want to do the traditional jack 'o lantern, but instead something else. I never knew how hard it was to gut that thing out. I finally did enough to be able to start carving. Who knew it was this much fun to do this?

Pumpkin carving sounds like fun. I just need to find a good carving knife and a willing victim.
