A knitting joke from a co-worker:

A woman gets in her car to drive to a friends house, and during the drive she attempts to work on her knitting. Halfway there she really gets into her work and accidently steps on the accelerator, speeds up to 95 MPH and soon after passes a cop.

The cop pulls up beside her and yells "PULL OVER!"

The woman replies, "NO, It's a CARDIGAN"
