Finally Friday!

What a week! Or maybe I should say two. I thought I was ready for last weekend, but I have more longing for this up coming weekend. Work is killing me. I find myself being very stressed and making careless mistakes.

The only exciting part of my week, was my Tuesday night adventure. Not going to talk about it too much in fear of jinxing it. Just know I was happy and excited.

Today is Friday finally. I am looking forward the evening--I'm having some friends and coworkers over. We get together once a month at rotating houses. Quite fun--it's my first time to host it at my new place or for that matter have a house warming party.

The push last night went better than we all expected. Nothing major happened; just two minor issues--all the boxes needed to be rebooted and a file from uat did not get copied correctly to production. This was my first big push to production (a whole site rollout due to security updates) and I was a tad nervous about it; mainly because the push to uat went badly. But all went well and I did not have to come back in to the office. Just dictate from my house :).
