Glad to be back

I had a good time at Pickwick, being out on the lake was what I needed. Granted I sort of wish there was not as many people there as there was, but oh well. The best was the karaoke place right across the street from our cabin. It was a port-a-party. Never knew you could have so much fun at an outdoor karaoke stage surrounded by elderly people. I wish I had gotten up the guts to get up there, but I have a terible voice and was not about to get up there without Allie being up there as well.


If you can't read the sign it says: Karaoka Music: For weddings, divorces, graduations, homecomings, birthdays, holidays, reunions, and pool parties. We asked if he had ever had a divorce party and he said yes. Just what anyone needs, a divorce party with karaoke!


Allie and I enjoying floating in the lake. Who knew life jackets where good floatation devices. I think my sunscreen (only 8!) either worked or being in the water all day prevented me from getting any sun! Over all the weekend was good. Hope everyone else had a good one as well!
